Theresa Fox is presently a Research Analyst at the Institute for Families, School of Social Work at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She has been working on the Middlesex-Somerset-Hunterdon Part A Program since 2000. She is the CAREWare database administrator and the Quality Management Program manager. Over the last 12 years of her employment, it has been her mission to integrate service and outcome data into planning processes for both the grantee and the Planning Council in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for consumers.
